Including 2 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen with additional dining room for 6 persons, bathroom with shower / WC, washing machine and drying room use.

 

Minimum stay 2 nights up to 4 persons from CHF 209.00 / night

Additional persons CHF 30.00 per person and night 

Stay from 7 to 13 nights 10 % discount

Stay from 14 to 27 nights 20 % discount

Long-term stay of 28 nights and more 40 % discount

 

 

Extras:

Final cleaning CHF 120.00 to CHF 240.00

Parking in front of the house CHF 9.00 / day

Breakfast (in the nearby bistro from CHF 8.00 or hotel (buffet) CHF 27.00

Guest tax CHF 4.00 / night and person over 16 years

 

 

 

HOUSE RULE

 

So that all guests can enjoy the stay in the house, we ask you to observe the following house rules:

  • The apartment / room can be occupied on the day of arrival from 15.00 clock and should be left on the day of departure at the latest 10.00 clock. Different times are to be agreed with the host in advance.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
  • Vehicles can only be parked on the property for a fee.
  • The statutory of night rest must be observed. After 10 pm are amongst others set audiotapes, radios and televisions so that other guests, roommates and neighbors are not disturbed.

Guests who have booked the whole apartment:

 

  • For the daily cleaning of the apartment, as well as the kitchen cleaning including crockery and cutlery are you responsible.
  • If you "miss" anything in the facility or you need help, feel free to contact us. All things that are in the apartment or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all equipment and inventory carefully.
  • Damage: Nobody deliberately damages things. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks once. We would be glad if you inform us of any damages before departure.
  • The apartment you want coarse-cleane before departure and handed over with all inventory.
  • If during the stay an intermediate cleaning is desired, we can arrange this for you. It is billed according to expenditure.
